I upgraded my iPhone and did a restore on it to move over the apps/data, etc. from my old phone. Now, my WoW account won't take the Authenticator code.  So, I submitted a ticket to remove my Auth. but I assume it will take a while (days?) to get through Support. Anyone have a work-around or experienced this before?

Hmm, I would normally recommend contacting a person via tech support, but there's this:

Note: Account Administration cannot be reached by phone. Game Masters answering petitions and Account and Technical Services representatives who respond to phone calls will not be able to assist with Account Administration or other penalty-related issues.

Looks like its a wait for email situation. They do have a secondary security method, Battle.Net SMS Protect that can authorize a new authenticator. If that option isn't activated, then it looks like you have to submit a pic of a state-issued ID and wait for Blizzard to review the case manually.

For others reading this thread, the SMS Protect Sign-Up page is easy to opt into. Basically it authorizes your mobile device as a second way to ID you, allowing you automated administration of your own Battle.net account info, including access. This is a Good Thing.

Thanks. It took a day (and a copy of my Driver's License), but they sent me a password reset.
